Job Summary As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning systems for our clients. You will play a vital role in maintaining optimal indoor air quality and temperature comfort for various environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, including ductless, central, and window units. - Conduct routine inspections and diagnoses of AC systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues in AC units. - Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and motors. - Clean, adjust, and calibrate systems to optimize performance and efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repairs. - Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding maintenance needs and repair options. - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC systems. - Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently and effectively.
