We are currently seeking dedicated Collection Assistants to join our Manufacturing Company.

Location: Savelugu (Northern Region)

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Environmental Science or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in manufacturing (plastic recycling) companies. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in taking stock.
- Immediate availability to work.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with collection of goods/plastic bottles from various centers.
2. Assist to corelate with customers to supply plastic bottles to the company.
3. Assist with small collections or buy backs of plastic bottles.
4. Assist with scouting for new suppliers and bringing them on board.
5. General supervision.
6. Stock taking.
