JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and finished products. 2. Provide machinery and equipment as required, ensuring safe and efficient usage. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. 4. Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet output targets. 5. Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.Support team members in various production-related tasks, including assembly, packing, and labeling. 6. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment malfunctions. 7. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and actively participate in safety training initiatives. 8. Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback on work processes. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage. - Ability to operate hand tools and industrial machinery. - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Work Environment: - The role will primarily be performed in a factory setting with exposure to machinery and equipment. - Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required. - May require standing for long periods, as well as bending, lifting, and climbing.
