Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The plumber should have a strong understanding of plumbing codes, blueprints, and the ability to diagnose and solve plumbing issues in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems (including water, drainage, gas, and sewer systems) based on plumbing codes and specifications.


• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems, addressing leaks, blockages, and other issues in a timely and efficient manner.


• Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing issues by inspecting systems, identifying problems, and determining the best course of action to resolve the issue.


• System Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements as needed.


• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to provide plumbing solutions, estimate costs, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.


• Safety: Follow all safety protocols while working, including the safe handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, hours worked, and any issues found.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing or a related field is preferred.


• Experience: Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.


• Licenses & Certifications: Valid plumbing license (required in many areas); additional certifications (e.g., backflow prevention, gas fitting) are a plus.
