1. Work with the departments to understand their operations and support in the setting of KPIs that aligns with business objectives.


2. Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily business reports that provide insights into the performance of the business.


3. Run periodic data analytic processes such as; gathering, cleaning, interpreting, visualization and analyzing results to help in forecasting and supporting data driven decision making.


4. Write reports and create/deliver presentations in ways that support problem solving and planning.


5. Proactively seek out opportunities for new revenue streams and improvement of existing ones through in-depth market, competitor and customer analysis.


6. Assisting in various organizational projects and initiatives with analytical insights.


7. Managing a database to ensure the retrieval and use of historic data.


8. Develop/adopt systems and assist in the forecasting process by preparing reports to evaluate trends and their respective impact on business operations.
