The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing Support in the various Human
Resource Functions, which include Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Training and
Development. The Position Holder is also responsible to supervise and organizes the
Maintenance of the Company Environment to assure a proper Functionality.
It is understood, considering the Nature of Information and Data dealt with and being a
Direct Report to the CEO, the Position Holder keeps all Information as being Confidential,
except those, which are required to be dealt with directly with the relevant Staff.
It is understood the HR will be involved by all Departments in
Recruiting Processes prior to their start, Dismissals and Initiatives to adopt the
Organization.
The Position strongly liaises with the CEO and the Management Team.
