 Support development of data reporting products such
as dashboards and in-depth quantitative analysis on
trends and forecast.
 Generate dashboard mockups, charts, use cases,
process flow diagrams, and other system
documentation.
 Collaborate with external client on improving
functionality, design and user experience, and
endorsing a culture where high-quality data is at the
forefront.
 Track scope and changes throughout implementation
of reports and application changes, keeping
stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates.
 Develop a strong understanding of the client
processes and procedures and assist with making
improvements relative to technology and processes.
 Prepare agendas, biweekly status reports and follow-
up actions for meetings with external clients and
client’s vendors.
 Enforce controls and formal reviews of the data to
improve data quality, audit trail and transparency.
 Rapidly implement changes as policies and programs
evolve.
 Perform and develop cost analysis for external client
management as needed.
 Analyse/translate complex data and communicate to
our clients in a digestible way
