JOB PURPOSE:

The successful candidate shall provide technical support and coordination, complete planned maintenance schedules of material or logistics for day – to day operations to deliver on customer commitments and perform all planned preventive maintenance assigned.

The role reports to the Regional Team Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Provides supporting roles to the Regional Team Manager in meeting service level agreements that the Organization has with customers in terms of fixed access service delivery and maintenance.


• Supports in the completion of complex installations as required with the focus on the latest digital and IP technologies.

• Seeks and acts on fixed access network customers feedback and escalates to the Regional Team Manager for prompt resolutions.


• Supports in the testing and configuration of line – drivers, modems, routers and other customer – end – equipment to be used.


• Ensures all work is carried out in compliance with the Organization’s safety requirements.


• Supports in the management of all logistics.


• Supports in scheduling to manage customer incident and expectation.
