We are looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Recruitment Officer to manage the hiring of qualified security personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting competent guards and security staff who meet the company’s standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and select security guards and related personnel


• Advertise security job vacancies across relevant platforms


• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for security roles


• Verify applicant documents, including IDs, certificates, and background checks


• Ensure candidates meet physical, medical, and character requirements


• Maintain an updated database of security personnel


• Coordinate training and onboarding for new recruits


• Work closely with operations/control room to meet deployment needs


• Ensure compliance with company policies and security industry regulations
