Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a similar HR/People role, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Professional HR certification, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices.

• Champion a positive workplace culture grounded in company values, mission, and vision.


• Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and inclusion.


• Lead the design and implementation of employee well-being and recognition programs.


• Support the execution of the organisation-wide performance management framework.


• Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.


• Design and oversee a learning and development roadmap that addresses current and future capability needs.


• Oversee the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an excellent employee experience.


• Ensure all HR practices (recruitment, promotion, exit) are fair, inclusive, and aligned with HR policies and labour regulations.
