Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various
manufacturing and operational roles.
o Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source potential
candidates.
o Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through ongoing market
research and recruitment events.
2. Screening and Interviewing:
o Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications,
experience, and cultural fit.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
o Administer and assess technical and aptitude tests where necessary.
3. Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and
develop tailored recruitment plans.
o Provide regular updates to department heads on recruitment status and progress.
o Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth
recruitment experience.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies
during the recruitment process.
o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including job postings,
interview notes, and feedback.
o Draft and send job offers, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
5. Employer Branding:
o Promote the company’s employer brand through social media
Work Environment
The Recruitment Specialist will primarily work in an office setting but may need to visit
the manufacturing floor to better understand job requirements or participate in
recruitment events.
Occasional travel may be required to attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, or
industry-specific events.
