Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and recommend beneficial programs to attend
• Act as liaison between founder and subsidiary leaders and organise weekly briefings to the
founder.
• Organise the trips of the founder and executives as communicated, both local and foreign
• Identify and liaise with potential partners, grants and financial institutions
• Identify and register with relevant associations and bodies both locally and internationally
• Marketing and promoting office of the founder on relevant social media platforms
• Prepare speeches for the founder
• Oversee all graphic works to be done.
• Oversee all online purchases of the founder and of the office.
• Handling event coordination, both internally and externally
• Identify and liaise with relevant media houses to increase brand visibility
• Diary management and management of meeting rooms including organising of board
meetings.
• Identify and recommend wellbeing, personal growth, educational and health programs for
the founder’s benefit
• Identify and liaise with stylists for the founder
• Ensure appropriate filling system is in place across the group
• Represent / attend meeting with founder
• Directly oversee and ensure staff working directly with the founder perform their
duties as expected including organising interviews.
• Any other task as may be assigned from time to time
LOCATION: Tema Freezone, candidates should reside in Tema or surrounding areas.
