Job Brief:
As an HR supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and handling the day-to-day HR activities. You will also be responsible for identifying any payroll issues and miscalculations. In addition to this, you should be able to update and maintain employees' details in both online and offline mode. To be successful in this job role, you should have an exceptional ability to solve problems instantly. You should also possess outstanding people skills and the ability to maintain sensitive information. Moreover, you should also be updated with the latest HR trends and practices.
Responsibilities:
Organizing orientation programs for new employees.
Updating the employee's details in the database.
Implementing and updating the benefits and compensation policies.
conducting the annual performance appraisal and review.
Checking payroll details and resolving any payroll issues.
Conducting employee termination process and completing the paperwork.
Answering all the employees' questions in regards to Human Resources.
Scheduling interview meetings for applicants.
Creating job advertisements and writing job descriptions.
Administering day-to-day Human Resources activities.
Performing reference checks and background checks.
Coordinating with the training sessions for the new employees.
Onboarding of new employees.
Resolving all the internal and external HR-related issues.
Reviewing candidate resumes and other important details
Communicating with candidate references to verify candidate details
Creating, maintaining, and updating potential candidates and employee records
Drafting and sending employee contracts
Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information
Conducting training and recreational programs for the employees
Abiding to the legal requirements at all times
Monitor all staffing needs and operations of the company.
Collaborate with recruiting agencies to fill opportunities in a convenient way.
Help in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
Create work schedules by allocating employees in positions and shifts.
Accept the responsibilities of timekeeping and time-off requests.
Work with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation and remuneration.
Develop and submit reports regarding various staffing tasks.
Monitor all staffing needs and operations of the company
Help in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.

Qualification and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
5+ years of working experience as an HR Supervisor or a similar role in the HR department.
Extensive understanding of human resources life cycle.
Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Good organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office Tools.
Good people management skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Strong work ethics.
