Job Purpose:

To ensure that KFC products and services meet the high standards of quality and safety that customers expect. The QA Officer will oversee food safety, hygiene practices, quality control checks, and compliance with KFC’s operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily checks on food preparation, packaging, and serving processes to ensure compliance with KFC’s quality standards.


• Monitor ingredient storage, food handling, and cooking procedures to ensure products meet KFC’s quality guidelines.


• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.


• Maintain proper temperature controls and monitor food storage to prevent contamination.


• Maintain up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, including inspection logs, temperature monitoring, and corrective actions taken.


• Report any discrepancies or issues found during inspections and follow up to ensure corrective actions are taken.


• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure KFC’s compliance with local food safety laws and regulations.


• Monitor inventory levels and product expiration dates to ensure that only fresh, safe products are used.
