Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join the team at KFC. The AC Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all air conditioning and HVAC systems within the restaurant. This role is vital in ensuring a comfortable environment for both employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on all air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including compressors, fans, thermostats, and ducts.
- Install new HVAC systems as required.
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure a comfortable environment for both employees and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and system malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to address any building-related issues that may affect the HVAC systems.
