The Facility Officer will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing suitable properties and sites for the development of new KFC restaurants. This includes identifying potential locations, negotiating leases or property purchases, and ensuring that all legal, regulatory, and operational requirements are met to ensure the smooth development of new sites.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Research, identify, and assess potential properties and sites for new KFC restaurant locations based on criteria such as visibility, accessibility, market potential, and compliance with KFC’s operational requirements.
   


• Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate the suitability of each location, including reviewing zoning laws, local traffic patterns, demographic data, and competition.
   


• Work closely with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to negotiate favorable lease terms or property purchase agreements. Ensure all agreements align with KFC's strategic goals and budget requirements.
   


• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property acquisitions and project developments.
