o	3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
o	Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, budgeting, and staffing.
o	Proven experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•	Skills & Competencies:
o	Excellent leadership and communication skills.
o	Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o	Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
o	Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
o	Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.

						Description
					
					The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader, skilled in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role requires an individual with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in maintaining an exceptional guest experience while driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, quality control, and efficiency.
- Maintain an optimal level of inventory and manage food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and timely food delivery.
- Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds customer service expectations, addressing guest feedback promptly.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
- Team Leadership and Development:
 - Supervise, train, and develop staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and staff retention.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure proper scheduling and labour cost control to maintain efficient staffing levels.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
- Financial and Budget Management:
 - Monitor and control the restaurant’s budget, including labour costs, food and beverage costs, and overall profit margins.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance and prepare reports for ownership/management.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and minimize operational costs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests, including handling complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer service standards and oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the guest experience through feedback and quality improvements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
- Marketing and Promotion:
 - Collaborate on promotional activities, special events, and marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure the restaurant's brand image and reputation are maintained through consistent customer engagement and community outreach.
 
 
 
 
 
- Compliance and Safety:
 - Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed in compliance with local health codes and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of all safety protocols to protect staff and guests.
