Job Description:
We are seeking friendly, reliable and detailed oriented Cashiers to manage transactions and provide excellent service to our guests. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash, credit and debit transactions, answering guest enquiries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit & debit transactions accurately
- Provide information on park attractions, ticket prices and special events
- Assist guests with purchasing tickets, merchandise, food and beverages
- Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure security of cash and other payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure positive guest experience
Qualifications:
- WASSCE certificate or equivalent
- Previous cash handling or cashier experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic Math and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
