Job Title: Multi Technicians 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Conducting routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment and systems. 

∙Performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repair tasks. 

∙Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. 

∙Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used. 

∙Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 

∙Experience in a maintenance or technician role. 

∙Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
