Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field; postgraduate certification in School Counseling is preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience working in a school setting, preferably within an international or Cambridge curriculum environment. Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Ability to work with students from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Knowledge of adolescent development and mental health best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

   Provide academic, emotional, and social counseling support to students.

   Provide personalized and group counseling sessions.

   Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students' academic and behavioral needs.

   Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions while ensuring confidentiality.

   Organize and facilitate workshops on topics such as mental health, study skills, and conflict resolution.
