1. Ensure the branch has enough resource .i.e. stationeries to support its operations.


2.  Ensure the office is tidy and in order.


3. Ensure daily attendance are send via email before 9am.


4. Generate waybill for retail customers.


5. Collect all customer monies both e-commerce and s-commerce.


6. Ensure all customer funds are collected and remitted immediately after deliveries by  collaborating with the account officer.


7.   Submit remittance report daily.
