JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall play a frontline role in the delivery of a World Class Customer experience to customers. He /She shall serve customers by determining requirements; answering enquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database and determining eligibility. The role reports to the Customer Care Manager.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Calls out customers and answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves challenges by clarifying issues; researching and giving out information’s and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts, explaining new features.
PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree in accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, multi – tasking and time management skills.
