Description
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting company services or products. They act as a liaison between the organization and its clients, identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication with clients.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Gather client feedback and recommend service improvements.
Account Management & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare reports on client activities, sales performance, and market trends.
