JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall play a frontline role in the delivery of a World Class Customer experience to customers. He /She shall serve customers by determining requirements; answering enquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database and determining eligibility. The role reports to the Customer Care Manager.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Calls out customers with the objective of driving customer value, answers enquiries, educates and supports in resolving customer complaints in an efficient manner.
- Drives stimulation within the Organisation’s Mobile Cash Base with emphasis on registrations, inactive customers, high GSM re-loaders and any relevant group identified.
- Upsells all the Organisation’s mobile money cash offerings to customers allocated within specified period.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
