Description
Our client is seeking to employ the service of 3 architects to be
responsible for the architectural design and planning of various projects done by Fabricon. This role involves working closely with the project management team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the architectural elements of the project are executed to the highest standards. The architect will oversee all phases of design, from conceptualization to construction, ensuring that the project aligns with the company’s vision and complies with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning:
- Develop architectural designs and detailed plans for all phases of the Center of the World Golf Club project.
- Create conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models to communicate ideas and project vision.
- Prepare and present design proposals to project stakeholders, including management and clients.
- Ensure that all designs are functional, sustainable, and aligned with the project’s overall objectives.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of architectural designs into the overall project plan.
- Oversee the architectural aspects of construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with external consultants, such as landscape architects and interior designers, as needed.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction.
- Material Selection and Sustainability:
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for the project, with a focus on sustainability and environmental impact.
- Evaluate new technologies and materials that could enhance the project’s design and performance.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and project reports.
- Provide regular updates to the project management team on the progress of architectural work.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that the project adheres to design specifications.
- Address any design-related issues that arise during construction and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the architectural budget.
- Ensure that design decisions are made with cost-effectiveness in mind, without compromising on quality.
