As an Interior Design Assistant, you will tap into your boundless creativity and passion for design to assist the Product Development Department in developing and implementing design initiative to current and future residential buildings.
You are a self-motivated, team player who is ready for active participation in producing design material including but not limited to 2D and 3D space planning, documentation and mood boards as well as building resource library.

Under the supervision of the Product Development Director, you will:

• Assist in all phases of the design process


• Create floor plans, elevations, and details in AutoCAD


• Create 3D models using Sketch Up, Homestyler, or similar


• Research, source and obtain locally samples and quotes for materials and services


• Create and maintain project design binders


• Build, maintain and organize resource library related to material, furniture and construction methods, including catalogues, samples, specification documents in order to facilitate design decisions


• Prepare presentation boards with drafted floor plans, elevation and specification spreadsheets


• Assist in on-site snagging in collaboration with the customer care department
