Qualifications

Senior High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred). Valid rider’s license and good riding skills. Proven experience as a dispatch rider or delivery courier is an advantage. Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods. Must be able to use Google Maps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

- Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them promptly to customers.

- Maintain effective communication with the restaurant and customers.

- Keep the motorcycle and the delivery box clean and in good condition at all times.

- Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company delivery policies.

- Provide professional customer service at all times.
