Supervise the production of a food product and ensure the sanitation of the production area. Foodservice management comes under the Food Production Manager, which means delivering the products with care and quality from the manufacturing place to the clients. They are responsible for providing training for the employees.

• Led daily routine meetings with the team to discuss the previous day's work


• Prepare Fafasbreakfast daily sales and production account perfectly


• Inputting all data (raw materials and finished product) needed for software to work properly


• Be up to date with all products produced to keep yourself updated on customers’ order


• set and enforce health/safety procedures and guidelines for operation


• Ensure recipe books are used in all production


• Ensure stock and equipment are updated daily


• Inspect food production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order for food processing


• Collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of food processing to ensure final product meets set specifications


• And such other duties communicated by Employer and incidental to the role.
