A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a Forex bureau or financial institution is an advantage. Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage. Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work accurately under pressure. • Manage cash transactions for the buying and selling of local and foreign currencies.


• Process customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.


• Maintain a balanced cash account at all times, reconciling cash holdings at the start and end of each day.


• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions for reporting and auditing purposes.


• Stay informed about current foreign exchange rates and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.


• Deliver professional, courteous, and helpful service to all customers, resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly.


• Adhere strictly to cash handling, anti-money laundering (AML), and financial security procedures.


• Prepare and submit daily transaction summaries and reports to management.
