Minimum of Senior High School (SHS), Technical, or Vocational qualification, HND, or higher Certificate or training in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial operations is an added advantage. Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience operating production or industrial machinery. Good understanding of machine operations, safety procedures, and production processes. Ability to identify basic machine faults and report issues promptly. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required. High level of discipline, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures and safety standards.


• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.


• Set up machines and adjust controls to maintain product quality and production targets.


• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.


• Report machine faults, breakdowns, or operational issues to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly.


• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areas.


• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, tools, and finished products during production processes.


• Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and operational reports.


• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.


• Work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality control personnel to improve productivity.


• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of production resources.


• Assist in loading, unloading, packaging, and labeling of products where required.


• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
