Minimum of HND in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in school or facility maintenance. Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical works, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems. Basic understanding of health and safety standards. Ability to supervise cleaners and security personnel. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  Coordinate and follow up on maintenance works including plumbing, electricals, carpentry, air-conditioning, and related repairs.
