Purpose: ​

To ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, production coordination, 

and installation. This role drives workflow optimization, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and 

team leadership while fostering continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and streamlined 

workflows. 

∙Coordinate production schedules and manage logistics for timely product delivery. 

∙Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. 

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals. 

∙Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. 

∙Mentor and lead warehouse staff, promoting accountability and excellence. 

Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field (MBA in Project Management is a 

plus). 

∙5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing. 

∙3+ years in a managerial role. 

∙Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and production coordination. 

∙Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

∙Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools.
