Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support budgeting and compliance functions in a fast-paced logistics and moving services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Record daily financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and general ledger entries.


• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.


• Maintain up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records.


• Ensure all financial data complies with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Payroll & Staff Payments

• Process employee salaries, statutory deductions, and remittances (e.g., taxes, pensions).


• Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.


• Accurately compute and remit SSNIT contributions and other employee-related payments.

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and file VAT, PAYE, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.


• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

Financial Reporting

• Generate timely financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.


• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
