Buck Press Ltd in Ofankor is looking for a Dispatch Rider to join our Transport team. Ideal candidate must be honest, disciplined, prompt and be able to understand and accurately follow instructions as well as be a great team player.

Job Purpose

Accurately record and dispatch outgoing letters, memos and reports to the appropriate destination(s) and recipient(s) using the assigned motorcycle.

Responsibilities/ Duties

• Dispatches letters, memos and external correspondence


• Filing and tracing of letters


• Collect letters from post office


• Any other duties assigned from time to time

• Compliance to safe riding and safety rules


• Regular maintenance of motorbike


• Cleanliness of motorcycle

Work experience and Skills

• 3 years safe riding record


• Knowledge of road safety rules and regulations


• Understands internal transport policy and procedures
