Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultation:

3. Mentorship:
- Provide mentorship and support to new midwives and nursing students, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their skills.
- Serve as a resource for questions and professional development in the midwifery field.
4. Community Outreach:
- Engage with community organizations and health departments to promote maternal and infant health initiatives.
- Participate in health fairs, prenatal classes, and community events to raise awareness of midwifery and reproductive health services.
5. Writing and Research:
- Contribute to publications, blogs, or online forums related to midwifery and women’s health topics.
- Participate in research projects that aim to improve midwifery practices and maternal health outcomes.
6. Advocacy:
- Advocate for policies that support midwifery practices and improve healthcare access for women and families.
- Engage in discussions with stakeholders to promote high-quality, equitable maternal care.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a midwife with a valid license (if applicable) and substantial clinical experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage various audiences.
- Passion for education, mentorship, and community health advocacy.
