Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital media, content creation, or agency role. Strong creative writing and editorial skills. Effective content planning and execution abilities. Strong grasp of social media management, SEO, and content analytics. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)

• Manage and grow the company brand and client digital communities across social media, websites, and other digital platforms.


• Design and execute engaging digital content (copy, visuals, campaigns, etc.) tailored to target audiences.


• Coordinate and execute annual digital engagement strategies for both internal brands and external clients.


• Collaborate with team members to produce digital assets, presentations, reports, and campaigns that meet deadlines and brand tone.


• Develop and maintain a content calendar in line with organizational priorities and trends.


• Monitor digital metrics and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and optimize content delivery.


• Research and implement digital innovations, platform updates, and social trends to improve engagement.
