JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
The Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional activities to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across all restaurant branches. This role serves as the bridge between operations and creative marketing, ensuring that every campaign aligns with Mr. Wu’s brand identity and business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans in line with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to define target audiences and positioning strategies for Mr. Wu’s brand.
Brand Management
- Supervise the production of marketing materials, signage, menus, and promotional items.
- Maintain and strengthen the restaurant’s public image through storytelling, branding, and consistent visual identity.
Promotions & Events
- Plan and execute in-restaurant promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate food fairs, tasting events, and community engagements to attract new customers.
- Support branches with marketing collateral and event coordination.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Restaurant General Managers to understand sales trends and develop localized marketing support.
- Liaise with General Manager and Head of Operations to ensure effective budgeting and cost control of marketing expenses.
- Report weekly and monthly marketing outcomes to management.
Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Recommend improvements to service or products based on customer insights.
- Support customer relationship initiatives and loyalty campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or related field).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar marketing tools.
