COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER

Our client, a reputable sustainability services firm, is seeking an experienced and well-driven person who will develop, implement communication and marketing plans to join their team as a COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER.
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will ensure excellent communication, strategic thinking, project management, and digital marketing proficiency. He or she will perform the following duties as well:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, including creating messaging and positioning strategies.
- Ensure all communications and materials comply with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Manage and create content for marketing materials such as press releases, brochures, website content, and social media posts
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, create email marketing campaigns, and work to optimize search presence
- Manage and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, including budget management and analysing results.
- Coordinate media relations, manage external communications, and organize events and promotional activities
- Collaborate with internal departments like HR to execute communication strategies for employee engagement and internal initiatives.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Communications, Marketing, and Content Production, with potential supervisory experience or in a similar role.
