Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- Design and oversees all aspects of FMCG product B2C marketing (digital & printed) activities including marketing database, web/online platforms, social media, communications and advertising campaigns with channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, business opportunities & market segments regionally for LOCAL and Greater CHINA landscape
- Develop design concepts and ideas for B2C marketing campaigns on FMCG products across different market segments (Local & CHINA)
- Develop & Manage Web contents, On-Line Shopping/ social media platforms, EDMS and communication materials (printed & digital)
- Lead & Manage data mining, Google analytics, and develop SEO/SEM strategies for maximum on-line presence, as well as develop marketing insights for product innovation, branding, and business strategies.
- Prepare & Develop reports on marketing performance dashboards & digital campaign’s overall performance
- Work with internal teams & external partners to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversees and co-ordinate all on-line & channel partners (off-line) marketing activities for maximum results in each targeted market segment.
- Develop and manage the budget for all marketing activities & On-Line campaigns.
