• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand awareness


• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including social media and booking platforms


• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners


•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities


• Prepare and execute promotional campaigns and offers


•  Track and report on marketing performance and return on investment


• Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the hotel


•  Supervise staff to ensure high service standards are maintained


• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner


•  Assist with front office, reservations, and housekeeping coordination


•  Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards


• Step in to manage operations in the absence of the General Manager
