Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the engineering and techonology industry to recruit a Sales Representative for immediate employment. The office will be located in Takoradi.
Job Summary:
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned region (Takoradi).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all industries in the region.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Market Analysis & Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
- Provide feedback to your line manager on market conditions, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for review by line manager.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the procurement, logistics and other essential teams to understand product specifications and provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share knowledge and strategies for success.
6. Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay updated on the latest products, services, and technologies offered by the company.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
