Marketing Executive Information
Our client a leading ceramics manufacturing company in Ghana is seeking to employ a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, maintain customer relations and expand the market in Tema zone. Qualified candidate must have a minimum of bachelor’s degree and at least two years sales experience in sanitary hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and gather market trends, competitor activities, and promotional strategies to guide decision-making.
● Showcase and demonstrate the company's products to customers, emphasizing features and benefits to close deals.
● Engage in effective negotiations to secure sales agreements and achieve sales targets.
● Develop and implement strategic sales techniques and promotional plans tailored to market dynamics.
● Ensure timely recovery and collection of sales payments.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and negotiate with suppliers as needed.
● Collect, organize, and maintain comprehensive customer profiles to enhance service delivery.
● Regularly prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and insights for management review.
