They identify market trends, coordinate promotional events, and analyze performance data to increase brand awareness and drive sales, often collaborating with sales and creative teams.

 

• Campaign Management: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.


• Market Research: Identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and studying consumer behavior to identify opportunities.


• Content Creation: Developing engaging content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.


• Event Coordination: Organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.


• Performance Analysis: Tracking project results, creating reports, and calculating ROI on marketing initiatives.


• Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of marketing budgets.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.


• Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics).


• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Soft Skills: Strong creativity, commercial awareness, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
