EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of High School Certificate (WASSCE); a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client-facing roles preferred (field or digital).
• Experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.) is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to approach and engage potential clients confidently.
• Good organizational skills – especially in collecting, managing, and tracking client data.
• Must have basic understanding of marketing principles and client acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be goal-oriented and proactive in generating leads.
• Must have basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Must be based in or familiar with Accra and surrounding regions.
• Willingness to travel locally to hotspot areas as needed.
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday during specified working hours.

Description
Our client, a logistics company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate to join the company’s team.
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across Accra and other key regions, collecting and organizing client data, and executing effective marketing strategies both online and offline.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect for potential clients in Accra and other key regions to expand the customer base.
- Identify and approach leads through in-person visits, calls, and digital platforms.
- Collect, organize, and manage client data for follow-up communication and targeted marketing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads to support sales targets and conversion goals.
- Assist in managing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
- Create engaging content and campaigns to promote products/services online.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Track and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor activities and customer preferences.
