1. In control of company’s vehicle fleet and driver management


2. Daily route planning for drivers and vehicle movement.


3. Fuel management and budget, ensure the validity of all applicable licenses including road worthy and insurance.


4. Responsible for efficient operation of local logistics


5. In charge of the distribution and utilization of all vehicle fleets in the company.


6. Full responsibility for all delivery, logistics, maintenance, repair, specification and plant recommendation


7. Evaluate the operations and budget of the transport department.


8. Manage driver staff, Implementing transportation health and safety, ordering, supplying and managing spare parts.


9. Prepare and observe preventive maintenance schedules,


10. Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents to improve safety procedures and log book management.
