Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited and recognized university. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICA, or CPA will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the school, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.

  Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure effective resource allocation.

  Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
