Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations that will guide decision-making across the business. This role is critical in supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the financial health of the organization is maintained. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, trends, and variances. Conduct variance analysis and develop actionable insights to drive business performance. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis, risk assessment, and scenario planning. Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Provide recommendations for cost control and optimization strategies.
