Description
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative maintenance, inspect machines for malfunctions, dismantle and repair mechanical and hydraulic components, and replace worn or defective parts.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines to ensure they run according to specifications and quality standards.
- Equipment Changeovers: Efficiently change over machines to produce different bottle sizes or products.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and collaborate with quality control teams to identify and fix production issues.
- Safety: Enforce safety guidelines, communicate hazards, and correctly use personal protective equipment.
- Documentation: Complete all required maintenance paperwork and document production data.
- Support: Assist in training maintenance and production personnel and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
