The Distribution Officer is responsible for packaging and shipping finished passports to the various PACs with manifests and ensuring that there is not mix-up. Passports must be sent on time without delays.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

Distribution Management: Implement a robust distribution schedule to ensure that all PACs receive their allocated passports on time.

Reporting Relationships

Reports To: Head of Central Operations and Distribution

Works closely with: Printer and Quality Control Officers, Head of Personalisation and Quality Control

Location & Commitments

Location: Accra, Ghana

Commitment: Full-time at the Head Office

Working Conditions

Office environment with occasional travel to training centers.

May require extended hours to meet project deadlines and training schedules
