We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Outbound Inventory Officer to manage the dispatch and distribution of stock, ensuring our products reach customers on time and in full. Job Summary: The Outbound Inventory Officer is responsible for managing the process of dispatching goods from the warehouse to customers or distribution centers. This includes preparing shipments, updating inventory records, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. The Outbound Inventory Officer plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of outgoing shipments and maintaining optimal stock levels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and dispatch of outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product specifications. Verify all outgoing shipments against delivery documentation (e.g., sales orders, shipping manifests) and update inventory systems accordingly. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers or distribution points. Track and document the movement of products from the warehouse to ensure proper stock management and minimize stock discrepancies. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are maintained, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory. Ensure that all outbound shipments are properly packaged and labeled according to company and customer requirements. Liaise with the customer service team to handle any queries or issues related to outbound shipments. Maintain organized records of shipments, stock movements, and customer deliveries. Assist in optimizing warehouse processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of outbound operations. Comply with health, safety, and warehouse guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
